Scammed for £70. Feel an absolute twit. When I reported it the the bank fraud team they had the ordasity to ring up and say if I retracted the complaint they would give me the loan. When said No they threatened to freeze my bank account until I retracted the complaint. Said that was illegal he then spouted off about why had the bank refused a loan to me. I told him how did he know the bank had refused me a loan. To which he said he would still freeze bank account. Told him to go ahead as the police were involved now. He hung up after I said that. Please whatever you do don't even answer the phone. I now have to cancel going to a festival because of these scammers.

They phoned me offering. A loan said i was accepted but had to pay the first month up front wich i did 145 then was told i had to pay some sort of insurance so the could transfer my funds straulight away anothet 199 and stupidly i paid it an now they hang up on me every time i call the guys name was rodrick. Dont be stupid like me its a scam the company name they gave me was loanstoyou

I applied for a loan online and was convinced that this had been sorted. I paid one upfront payment of £195 and then when they rang back they asked for another £279 for tax purposes which would be added to the loan. I contacted the police and whilst on the phone he rang back and gave me a torrent of abuse. Needless to say dont give these fraudsters any money and learn from an idiot like me.

I had the same problem, i think it is a scam, they wanted the money upfront.

I applied online for a loan and got a phone call from 0151 528 9042. I agreed to take out a loan but had my doubts so came online and after searching the number came to all these reviews which made me wonder if I would be falling for a scam also. After doing some research I have found out that their office is based in Doncaster but their telephone belongs in Liverpool and the bank account they have set up to take payments from people before been issued with a loan belongs in Leicester. I have my own business and all bank accounts, phone number and so forth is in the same city. Why would a company have details all over the place which don't make sense. After talking on the phone trying to get a explanation about all this the man was very rude and couldn't answer my simple questions. Please don't fall for these scammers and I'm glad I never parted with my bank details or money. I shall be reporting them to the police.

I applied for a loan online and this number called me and said I'd been accepted said company name was same day funds. They wanted first month payment upfront then fees then ppi insurance unfortunately I'm stupid and didn't realise what was going on until my husband got home from work and told me I'd been scammed but now I am hundreds of pounds down and in a mess financially. Got called twice today by these idiots. Told them in no uncertain terms that I would "finish this matter" if they persisted in calling my number... It's a scam no less.

I have had the same problem. Only thing Is I did put money in their account, now they want £50 more? His name is John Neil also.

This is the con loan company which calls you and ask you to put money in their account as a processing fee the guy himself calls john Niel but he is from Brazil and they are registered on London address
