100% a scam. They called me to ask if I ever see condensation on my windows, they then continued to advise me that I needed repairs to my home due to hidden damp After informing them that I am a Chartered Surveyor and I am a consultant for the LA in property, construction and related environmental issues I asked for their RICS credentials and they hung up. Made me laugh for 5 minutes anyway when they tried to tell me, it's rare to see condensation on windows. I can tell you, over 30% of houses in the UK have this issue at this time of year.

Constantly calling and passing my number on. They are a bunch of foreigners selling you fake housing repair, which by the way I don't even own my own house! BLOCK.
