Car finance claim - 6 calls within 24 hours, so I called back. The phone didn't ring and it was connected directly to a very loud call centre. They knew my surname but no other details.

I called back and without ringing it went straight into a busy call centre with a lot of noise in the background without anyone speaking to me, a very strange scenario.
