This seems to be an alternative business number used by Anglian Home Improvements or Norwich who had carried out some work for us last summer. The experience was such that we would not use them again for any aspect of home improvement. Since that time, they have been pestering us to perform more work which we neither need nor desire. Their sales pitch is of the US style hard sell variety. Their invasive calls have happened despite our making it very clear we did not want to receive these unsolicited calls. Other former customers of theirs in our locality who we know have experienced similar problems.
