Just had a call from this number. I answered it and the phone line was very very muffled and could only hear a few words.. One of those being 'refund'.. I hung up and tried to ring back but just rang and rang.
That number called me today at 1546, no one answered.
Called but didn't leave a message - looks like a cold caller
