01487280231 A foreign caller said they were the Refund Department and I had paid too much on my utilities bills and was due a refund. Oh how lovely I said, just send me a cheque thank you, goodbye. They phoned yesterday with the same saying I had paid my mortgage off and had paid too much. Do they think we button up the back??
