This is the 2nd call I've had from this company - with exactly same voice and questions. Although I don't recall a company name being mentioned, this is clearly a robocall, where female voice asks about property insulation (and expects yes/no answer). For some reason, the STRAW insulation I said I have, wasn't a problem and I am in one of the last addresses in my area to have a survey carried out. (During the first call - saying I lived in a tent - also wasn't a problem!!. Eventually I was told that I didn't qualify for the survey and the call was terminated.
