English name (Jennifer Davis) but accent was definitely Asian/indian. Trying to set up direct debit for a digital emergency pendant for an elderly friend of mine (81) at £29.99 a month! Convincing because they somehow already had bank details and asked her to confirm them. Said would send paperwork through post to sign up for deal then send pendant after to replace the free one she has via Help the Aged. Good job I was there to tell her to hang up…..
