Royal Surrey Hospital Guildford arranging appointments. They never leave a message though so it's impossible to tell as the call happens. We get so many spam/scam calls on our landline, we won't answer unless they start to leave a message. The whole system is broken and has been for years! Does anyone care?? When will BT do anything?
