Very difficult to understand what the caller wanted so I asked if he was a scam caller because that was what it sounded like. They wanted to make an eye check appointment and I said I do not need one. He replied why not so I closed the call and blocked the number. If they are really working for boots they are making a big mistake.
Boots Opticians Eye Test calling me saying that my test was overdue and wanted me to make an appointment, as they asked me to confirm all my details my name, address and date of birth and at the same time I could hear from the background people talking on the phone like it was a call centre. Till now I didn't received any message from the booking as they always do.
If this really was Boots Opticians in Ipswich, I have no idea why they would be calling me as I've never used them and don't travel to Ipswich!
Boots Opticians Eye Test Booking Team advising me that my test was overdue and wanted me to make an appointment. They clearly haven’t received notification of the appointment I set up two days ago.
