Mobile Network Scam, pretending to be your provider, offer discount and gain access to your account and order a new phone. Well known scam, but think they have somehow cloned this Number, as it goes back to a business in Norwich. I’ve already reported to action fraud and blocked the number. Feel sorry for the business if they are legit and someone has just cloned their number.
