Ee apparently wanting my personal details to give me offers and discounts. Couldn't tell me anything about Myself

Call lasted 5 seconds, nothing said, but heavy breathing was heard for about 5 seconds before they hung up.

I called EE regarding this number because I was going to leave a complaint due to the fact this number first tried calling for months trying to sell my something then left a very creepy message on my phone. EE checked and says it’s fraudulent!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS TO THIS NUMBER AND BLOCKED ASAP!

Said he knew I’d been on EE website but didn’t go through with transaction. I told him I was going into EE shop instead - he immediately put phone down Caller sounded Pakistani
