I got the same Ben so I contacted Harrington Advisory direct and asked where I send the bill for my time due to the call . Kept them on the phone for 10 mins wasted their time then said goodbye . didnt solve the problem but enjoyed telling them my rate is £500 per minute and I was on hold for 5 mins and expect the bill to be settled asap lol
