Has tried calling several times but never leaves a message, as I am not aware of anyone in Hartlepool who needs to contact me I assume this is spam and don't answer.

I have spam protection on my mobile. I was called today 10 may at 12.23. As number was ringing, my mobile message stated 'suspected spam' and 'block number' so I did not answer. Number now blocked.
Stated that they were from an energy company but said the name of the company too quickly for me to hear. They actually said that this is not a cold call, then asked me to confirm if I was the home owner. Hung up at that point.
