Asain male called my mum up at 19:50 I answered it and said he was something to do with the council complaints or something. I had a go at him and he said he must of had the wrong number

I got a call b/w 6-7 pm. I haven't spoke with him. That was a male on the line. My girl pick up and said nothing. It was showing suspected spam so I didn't to have a risk.
