Called Asda Govan store and they have confirmed that this is a scam!! Only time they'll get in touch via phone will be to confirm online orders and click and collect, and feedback is done via email.

Female with asian accent, called yesterday and wanted to know about my recent experience but I said it wasn't convenient and tried calling again today. Knew my name and claimed to be calling from Asda Govan looking for feedback. Knew the number wasn't the Asda Govan phone number!!
