As someone has previously stated, this call was supposedly from motability about moving my insurance to Direct line and asked about an accident last year and who was driving!!!! She became pretty irate as I was asking several questions she didn't like..
Called about an accident 11 months ago when I was a passenger. Asked several times for the company name and she kept stating they were the legal after care team for the drivers insurance. When I clearly wasn’t being convinced she told me my attitude was disgusting and she would make sure they never called me again and they’d never insure the drivers insurance again due to my attitude 🙄
Lady said she was phoning about car accident that happened with my mobility car in September and I was due compensation. She said she was lawyer for Mobility claims by then she was cut off and I expected her to phone back but she didn’t. I tried to phone back to this number but it wouldn’t connect. She also said I was due £2000 compensation? Scam???
