My phone blocked the call as spam and on googling the number here I am adding my 2 pence for awareness 👍🏼👍🏼

Claimed to be Jason from EE - clearly wasn't immediately said not interested and hung up.

Claimed to be from EE, asking if I am happy with signal and price. I’m not a EE customer but said ‘yes I’m happy’ anyway, to see where it went. Next was “as a loyal customer we’d like to offer you a discount and you don’t need to do anything”. Great, I said. “Are you the account holder?” Yes. “OK we are sending a text message with a security code have you received this?”. Messages with codes had started arriving that appeared to be from EE, on the same chat as an old conversation with the real EE. This was alarming. I said no, nothing has arrived and they hung up. From this I would guess that they are on sales commission to sign people up to EE to new accounts that they don’t want, by lying about the reason for calling.

Said they were from EE, that I had an out of date sim and my number would be blocked within 2 days.

Introduced himself as "Bernard" (American pronunciation) in a heavy Indian accent. I suggested he should get a proper job instead of harassing people. He hung up

They called me saying they are with three network and my contract is put for renewal but it is not. They wanted to offer me 40% discount. I think it’s a scam

Called me saying as a customer of o2 can they get some feedback which is funny because i’m not with o2 and when i asked which office they were located at there was silence and a keyboard clicking, for a bunch of scammers they’re really not intelligent
