I received the same call from a woman with an accent, almost sounded robotic but she answered, when I spoke, so it could be high level AI. Talked about telemarketing in relation to a fostering agency

This calling are trying to get your personal details from you like your email, saying they are looking for fister parents. They will ask for your email to say they will send information to you about this so called fostering. Be careful.
