Called regarding a mobile phone which is not my number requesting I pay a outstanding bill . People can be easily tricked into making payments that has nothing to do with them
I got a text from capital resolve saying I hate to ring this number about a debt I owe to dvla ?? I've had no letters/emails/phone calls just a text would this be right
