They called my land line which I never used. No idea who they are.

this number rang today 01347665314 i dont know this number so a scam

Amazon prime Scam

Indian man from BT about my internet line. I rang off

An automated message saying my Amazon Prime subscription is about to expire and £79.99 has been taken from my bank a/c. If I want it refunded press 1. Someone answered very quickly and so the process of the scam began! I questioned every step, but was convinced by the caller it was genuine. It was only when he started to get really aggressive that I hung up. I think of myself as being an older person who's still quite savvy, but obviously not. Don't fall for this. They might get into your bank a/c - fortunately I hung up before that happened!

Rang never spoke just hung up

Lady with Indian accent said was about virgin broadband.

called no answer when i picked up so i hung up

Indian woman stating she was from Virgin.. Nope i dont think so.. as they usually phone our mobiles not the home phone, i hung up..

The person on the other end of the phone did not speak

Indian man, very hard to understand. He said that he was from sky, but working in the technical department and had our virgin media account number apparently, but didn’t know our name. He said that our broadband was being slow and wanted to check the speed, and wanted me to go to any devices using the router and go on the browser. I hung up. He called yesterday and again today.

Amazon Prime scam

I got a call from this number two hours ago saying it was from a National Crime investigation agency and that my NI number and bank details had been hacked, and inviting me to 'press 1' - which I didn't do of course.

Call stated it was from a crime agency, obviously NOT

This was apparently from the National Crime Agency and an arrest warrant has been issued in my name. This could really scare someone. Who do we tell about this?
