"James" phoned to say they were doing a survey in my area and my house was on some government website as having the old-style loft insulation and that this could cause condensation. They were offering a survey etc. etc. Voice seemed robotic and whenever I asked a question it was not answered. The caller had no idea of my postcode or where I lived, and I know there is no government list of roof insulations. In my opinion a definite scam.
