I suspect this scammer/fraudster/harasser is using multiple virtual numbers and is not located where the numbers are registered.
Dangerous number. Block immediately. Male with southeastern Asian accent pretending to be from EE cold called phishing and requesting payment. I said, “I don’t have EE, stop calling me,” and hung up, blocked number and reported to OfCom. Several hours later, got repeated calls from male with same accent, possibly the same person calling from another number, and he made grotesque sexually abusive comments. I then got repeated calls from yet another number, which I also blocked. He then started contacting me from yet another number, registered in Pakistan, via repeated video calls and messages on WhatsApp, which I reported and blocked. I ended up filing a report with the police, reporting everything to OfCom, and having my phone number changed. It’s not worth the risk… dangerous number… block and avoid, avoid!

Indian chap called claiming to be from 02 and said my billing information was not up to date. I'm always suspicious when someone implies there's a matter of urgency involved so I said he could call me back later once I'd checked my account online. I wasn't surprised to find out that there is nothing wrong with my account.

Indian gentleman said he's from Blue Digital company. Asking if I wanted to make money working remotely. I told him I'm disabled, he asked what my disability is and when I refused to tell him he hung up.
