Could faintly hear general call centre chatter in the background but nobody spoke to me and call hung up within a few seconds of being connected

Said they were calling from my phone company. Was the second unsolicited call I’d received in 20 minutes. I asked them to stop spam calling me. The man on the other end of the line said don’t say that word, I will cut your throat. I said ‘what?’ And he repeated ‘I will cut your throat.’
