I think it is spam the guy on the line would not tell me the purpose of the call and kept interrupting me when I asked him the reason for the call

Called me a min ago, said he was from "The Phone House Company"... aye sure.

Who called me

Could faintly hear general call centre chatter in the background but nobody spoke to me and call hung up within a few seconds of being connected

Said they were calling from my phone company. Was the second unsolicited call I’d received in 20 minutes. I asked them to stop spam calling me. The man on the other end of the line said don’t say that word, I will cut your throat. I said ‘what?’ And he repeated ‘I will cut your throat.’
