I have just taken a call from one of our patients saying she was called at 8pm last night by someone claiming to be Audiology and wanting them to book an appointment with them. Our patient said it sounded like a call centre as a lot of background noise, She hung up and managed to do 1471 and get the number. 01332 895906 I have done a google search on this number and it comes up with lots of forums stating this is a scam. Thought I would let you all know if we get more calls from patients about this and was unsure what else to do with this information
