Said he was Sky Maintenance. As soon as I questioned him he hung up.

It was difficult to understand the caller because he had a strong foreign accent. He seemed to say that he was from Sky Maintenance and I was due to pay a subscription of £144 relating to Virgin Media for a second year. As I type this I recognize the story as being very similar to another attempted scam, so it may well be that the scammers have recently got access to a new number.
