Claimed he was from EE, giving me some offer. He asked me for email and then asked for my memorable data so I hung up! Definitely fishy!

Caller said hello and when I responded hello a few times, they hung up. I suspect they are 'data cleansing' checking to see if numbers are working before sending to a spam team.
