Unable to understand caller so I rang off. No message left. Not anyone I knew so at best a cold call at worst a scam.

My iPhone is set to screen unknown callers, so callers are asked to state their name and reason for calling before my phone rings. Instead of giving any details, the recording simply said, "Thanks for calling. Please hold while we connect you," which was odd because they had called me. The call ended before anyone spoke to me.
