Asked me about boiler and how old it was. They knew my surname. I asked them how they got my telephone number but she kept asking how old my boiler. She hung up when I asked how she got my number again

Called about my boiler replacement. Asked how old it was, did i want insulation etc. knew my post code and name. Asked repeatedly how old the boiler was despite me telling him i didn't know. Indian accent, Passed me over to his "supervisor" who also had an Indian accent. Asked me the same questions and then said ''ok thank you'' and hung up on me.

They said about a boiler replacement. Asked about insulation and government grants. Asked about the loft. Passed me over to his supervisor who also had an indian accent. Asked me if i had a loft and i said no and he said ok thank you and hung up.
