Claiming to be Senior Citizens Health Advice the caller enquired after my health. He was courteous, but not knowing him thought it none of his business. Thanked him and promptly ended the call. Presumably some sort of sales attempt or possibly a scam?
My wife answered the call and got the impression that she was talking to a Health Line connected with the NHS. The caller was female with an Asian sounding accent. She sounded pleasant (the call was put on speaker phone after a while) and asked numerous questions about my wife’s health and medications. I checked for Health Line information and found reports of a scam supposedly selling vitamin supplements. After ten minutes the caller was still rambling so we terminated the call. We will check our phone bill to ensure there’s no way we have been charged for this.
Began to speak to my elderly father but when he said he was passing phone to daughter they disconnected.
