Automated robot doing its best to get (and record) you saying "yes". First Q from them was "can you hear me", thats a dead giveaway. You never use the word "yes" with an unknown caller it can lead to awful consequences for you. It tried many times to get to say "yes". In this instance they were pushing windows and doors. Afterwards I called the number and automated voice said "Energy Department" - another well know phone scam, I had blocked the number they had used previously. persistent devils. If a call starts with "can you hear me" reply "No" and keep replying "no" every time., or just hang up and block them.
