They asked about whether my loft insulation had been inspected in the last 18 months and wanted to do a survey. They explained that fibreglass insulation could irritate the lungs. They threatened to call back to book a survey. I said that was my decision, not theirs. I have had at least 3 calls from this company. My policy is NOT to do business over the phone and treat every unknown caller as a scammer or criminal.
