Picked up my mobile to answer said hello twice there was no response and then the caller ended the call . I then copied and pasted the number in to search and it came up as a negative number and lots of people saying it is a scam

Appears to be reading from a script, unable to speak English clearly. Couldn’t even identify the town he was calling from.
