English sounding female caller claimed to be from an energy company offering free energy survey, supposedly “in my postcode area” and wanted my address to book an appointment. When pressed it was clear she had no idea who I am or where I live and it was just an opportunistic cold call even though I’m registered on TPS. Ignored my questions and talked over me to try and dodge having to admit it was a cold call, assuring me that someone else would be able to answer any questions. Don’t think so. Hung up.
