They have called me today. Said they are O2 and want to apply 40% discount to my account. Said they were sending emails. Never arrived. Wanted my password. I said I didn't know it. I was passed to 'supervisor' she was quite insistent I gave my password to my account. I then disconnected the call. They rang back twice more.

They say they are from O2 but they are definitely not. 100% calling from abroad and fronting a uk number

Said they were from O2 and wanted to offer a 40% discount for being a loyal customer. I had a similar call before and it was a scam so think this is probably one too
