Wanted to confirm house details etc, as I was due a refund for being overcharged didn't give me a company name and when I started to challenge put the phone down on me.
When I answered they asked for me by name when I asked who was calling the line was silent- hello? hello? No reply so I hung up. Not sure why he bothered calling in the first place
Called advising i had an overcharge rebate due of £149 and he was from Home Appliances. Never purchased anything from them in the first place. Yet another asian scam call.
Line wasn't the best so I couldn't hear clearly, I think they said life insurance review but I could be mistaken. Hung up on me when I said I couldn't hear properly.
Called wanting my card details to refund a warranty they claim to have charged me in error. No such charge on my statement, passed me to two other people and then hung up when I challenged them.
They Rang, I said hello, they said hello 5 times, I stayed silent then said who’s calling, phone went dead. What a great job they have…..
Just call me and line dead so I have no idea of the call type
Called me just now. I answered it then rang loudly for a second then went silent. I listened and waited for about 15 seconds, then the line hung up. Very frustrating
