Martin from an unknown energy company said he wasn't a cold caller. Wanted to survey my energy usage. Either a scam or a foot-in-the-door to sell their services or products.

Said his name was Martin Leadbitter and he had been asked to call me by my energy supplier because useage was unusually high. I suggested that my energy supplier should contact me.
