This was Allen motor group persistantly ringing but hanging up just as I answered. Didn't get to speak as option of 'why are you calling me' doesn't exist on auto menu.

This really is Allen Ford. It is their contact centre and is most likely used to ask for the completion of a satisfaction survey following a visit to one of their centres (I had one today following a service at the Basildon centre).
