Said the way were from life insurance. When I asked how they got my details they said my friend “Amanda” had given my details. Then decided it was my friend “Emma” who did this. They called me a liar when I challenged them about their incorrect information and put the phone down when I said I would report their scam call.

I didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number and could tell from the number that it wasn't a local call. Plus if it was important they would call me back
