They claim that they wanna renew the warranty on my washing machine. Absolute bollocks. They gave away one fatal flaw about "my" washing machine. They had my correct name, and even post code, but I have never bought a washing machine, nor have I ever put one in my name. Don't trust them. I'm sure they even tried to pretend to be a gas company a few months back.
