Said they were from Trident, calling about the Microsoft 365 review. I suggested they email. We have our own IT people, and doubt we would be dealing with this particular company.

Trident IT is local to us in Brighton I haven't heard of them before until they called. super friendly on the phone and offered us a free review. I don't really understand all this IT stuff but super helpful

Wanted to speak to whoever deals with our IT. Said they were not available and probably wouldn't speak to them anyway. They replied that it was about Microsoft and that they would email instead.
