Had this random call, my phone already flagged it as suspicious. They rang once, and they kept ringing for an extended time - I didn't answer. They then phoned me back immediately, and again I didn't answer - probably trying to create the facade of being 'urgent' but upon searching online sounds like a suspicious number.
Was rung by this number saying they were from vodaphone. Very convincing. Nearly fell for it. BEWARE
Said they were from O2 Virgin Media. Am getting repeat calls from this number so hung up.
Said they were calling from Vodafone and my sim was going to stop working in 3 days. I’m not with Vodafone
Said he was calling from virgin media, and asked how I was doing today? I said “ mind your own business “ and hung up.

Scam call don't answer!
Didn’t answer as number unknown. No message left so assume purely a scam. Especially as the call was on a Bank Holiday when most UK businesses are shut down.
Say they are Vodafone, try to get texted access code. Had the same thing twice now, strong Indian accent
