I picked up but didn't say anything to avoid voice copying, nobody said anything on the other end, I couldn't even hear any background echo so I don't believe the line was even open. After 2 seconds the call dropped, again without any sound, indicating it was not a human operator on the other end but a digital agent dialling without connecting to a receiver.
