Just called in regards to a final payment for TV servicing (which we don't have). Said i purchased a TV in 2021 and gave me an address that i have’t lived in since 2019. When i challenged stating that even if i had purchased a TV why would i give an address that i hadn’t lived at for two years i was advised i would be transferred to finance to update my records. Funnily she hung up instead. Dodgy business trying to scam people out of their hard earned cash. BEWARE.
