A lady claims to be from Microsoft said there was fraudant activity on my computer I asked why as we don't often use it I suggested it was a scam and she got very Irritate with me and called me some nasty names and then hung up
I was called today and they identified themselves as BT. Believe them to be a scam.
I was rung from this number by someone (a lady) claiming to be from Microsoft. They had rung previously (from different numbers). They claimed a Trojan has been downloaded to my PC and wanted access to clear it. I told them it was a scam and hung-up
