Man calling from India not England the number is spoofed

Called at 6pm when I answered could just hear background noise like a recording or people talking amongst themselves but far away. I tried calling the number back but it cut off straight away. Have had a few strange numbers ring me today, have blocked 4 and will block and report this one too.
