My mobile warned of scam - 01253928570 - caller hung up after 7 seconds. Short time earlier, 07415478945 also identified as scammer, hung up after 3 seconds. I didn't speak, neither did the callers.

Claims to be from “Energy Department”. Why don’t these scammers get stopped? How do they buy and use a UK registered phone number. Typically they prey on vulnerable people who then get put on a scammers list.
