Bloke called saying it was homesure -emergency home call out on my mothers home. My mum is deceased, although i have her home. Very obvious it is a home phone, and caller is obviously not well trained on how to conduct a phone call, but at least he was english and i could understand him, so a very short call, but very distressing none the less
