Capstar: geordie Laird. This was a very worrying call. Have a name then asked me for my address and date of birth. I recorded call and will be reporting to police. As caller stated personal matter I was under the impression my relative had passed away as stated was from Scotland. If this is a bona fide company they need to rethink their call scripts as the information they seek and provide is not performed in an honest way. I would not provide my dob and address he wouldn't give me any information. Totally unprofessional, I think this may be a scam as its similar to an amazon scam I have had over 30 times. DO NOT GIVE ANYONE YOUR NAME AND DOB UNLESS YOU CAN CONFIRM WHO THEY ARE AND THEY CAN VERIFY REQUEST WITH COMPANY INFORMATION AND BASIS OF CALL ETC..

Asked to speak to Gillian Barron. Said no Gilliam Barron here. Asked if he had Marine View. Said no that sounds as if it by the seaside. Said sorry to bother he and he would remove my number. Only time will tell if he does remove it or calls back with a more inland sounding strreet.
