8 calls in the space of 10 minutes .. silence on first 7 then laughing and obscenities hurled at me on the last .. number blocked and reported.

The call came in at 4:17pm. My phone said the caller’s location was Chester. I don't know anyone from that area so I ignored the call. They left a voicemail, which was a few seconds long. It began with some sort of muffled sound and then was followed by silence. Blocked immediately after - likely a scam.
